Meet Josh Cotner
Josh Cotner founded Contractors Choice Agency in Chandler in 2004 after a decade in the insurance industry. What started as a specialty agency focused on contractors grew into a comprehensive multi-line agency serving thousands of East Valley families and businesses.
A longtime Chandler resident, Josh understands the community intimately — from the unique insurance needs created by Arizona's extreme weather to the HOA requirements common in East Valley neighborhoods. His philosophy has always been simple: treat every client like a neighbor, because most of them are.
Josh is licensed in all 50 states and holds industry designations demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence. He's active in the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with local youth sports organizations.
